Dear Members,
We're happy to announce several improvements to the HR Forums on HR Link. Several new features / pages have also been added.
1. My Topics
A new section - My Topics / Topics Started by Member has been added to the Member's Forum Contribution Page. This section displays 5 most recent topics posted by the member with a link to see all topics posted by the member.
The Replies Posted by Member section has been retained as well.
This has been suggested by several members to easily differentiate topics started from the replies to others' topics.

2. Recently Posted Topics
A new page has been created to display the most recently posted forum topics.

A section showing the most recent 5 will also be added soon to the HR Forums home page.
3. Activity on Topics I'm Following to replace Topics I'm watching
This will replace the current "Topics I'm Watching" feature.
More on this later when we announce the "Follow" feature, soon.
4. My Favorite Topics
You can now add topics to your favorites. This would help create a list of favorite topics that you can refer to when needed.
To manage the list of your favorite topics, you can use the "Add to Favorites" / "Remove from Favorites" link on the forum topic page.

i checked my contributions and enjoyed to see 'HOT' indication on few of them, also favorite and other features are really beautiful.

One is so much forced to notice each and every change particularly after a long gap from signing in to HRlink. There are indeed a lot many changes adopted and the one which differentiates this site.
I must say RK and to all you connected to this link, you guys follow the "walk the talk" -- though time taken to implement member’s views/ suggestions but you see to that it’s done. Thanks again
