Good Share. Added to this, I would like to draw attention towards rise in fake candidates these days. There are 2 types of faking styles. I am sure you all know. First type: The candidate prepares a resume by faking experience. This type of candidates can be easily handled. Second type: The candidate here arranges for some proxy to attend the telephonic interview on his behalf and clears the technical rounds and appears for Personal Round where only Salary negotiations take place. This happens mostly in case of out station candidates as well candidates who are in the same city.
Because of such candidates sometimes even when the candidate is genuine and due to some genuine problem he is unable to make to Personal Interview, recruiters are forced to insist upon physical presence of the candidate. Thanks to the latest technology that these days atleast we have a choice of conducting interviews by means of Video Chat on Skype/Gtalk etc where we can see the candidate too while interviewing online.
But still one needs to be alert about such candidates. The candidates have to bear one thing in mind, by entering into an Organization by such wrong means they are wasting the precious time and resources of the Organization as well cheating oneself besides cheating the Organization.
