Dear Readers,
In India mostly if any person with financial & business contact can start a own company of manufacturing and be a supplier to parent company okay. It doesn't need / require any Managerial skill for that owner / Management in the case of a Family runned companies in india mostly.
In a monthly financial commitment list , Salary Head will be high compare to other expenses is also a reason for the management to think HR NON-PRODUCTIVE & EXPENSE ,
Due to personal commitment ,other reason most of the HR professional can't stick on their ethics against these concept of a management and simple compromise with the management and want to continue to the maximum years in that company and least bothered about real effort to correct and stood for Companies future.
