Dear Friends,
I had attached the tracker which is been prepared to track the employees who left the organization without proper information. This can be circulated to all the functional managers & collected back weekly/bi-monthly to have a clear track of the employees who fall under this category. It will also help us to analyze the reasons why employees leave the org. Hope it will be useful.
