Personal Profile Analysis (PPA)

PPA is a revolutionary system Based on DISC theory which in less than ten minutes helps you assess a

person’s behaviour.



Human Job Analysis (HJA)

HJA helps you identify and benchmark the behaviour needed to succeed in a particular job.



PPA - HJA Certification will enable you to:

• Describe the Behavioral Profile of a person

• Identify what motivates people at work, their strengths and limitations & training needs

• Eliminate the need for guesswork when it comes to recruiting, training, managing and

developing your people

• Train managers in your organization to operate and use the Thomas Systems



Per person investment for the certification is INR 15,000 + 12.36% service tax

i.e. total INR 16,854

For two or more nominations, the investment per person would be INR 14,000 + 12.36% service tax i.e. total INR 15,730
