Global warming has started playing havoc across the world.
And it will only get worse in the years to come.
More floods, severe droughts and famines, submerging of coastal cities. Mass extinction of species. Widespread epidemics.
But all is not lost. You can turn the tide against global warming by joining hundreds of millions of people across the world. Simply use your finger this March the 28th and switch off all non-essential lights and appliances during the WWF’s Earth Hour-8.30pm to 9.30 pm. By doing so, you vote for a cleaner, better future for the coming generations and wake up the authorities to this grave threat.

On 28 March I will turn off the light for one hour and I will feel that I haven't been indifferent to the serious threats our planet is facing because of us. I will teach my children to take care of what they receive from nature and not take it for granted.
Will you do it my friends?

Hi friends,
I want to remind you again that today we'll be celebrating our planet for one hour by turning off all the lights and not using any electronic devices.
It's a simple but symbolic way to show we respect nature, that we care, that we understand our personal responsibility in preserving what we've took for granted for so long and start acting accordingly.
I already prepared the candles for tonight and together with my children we'll decide what we'll do in this hour, feeling proud we joined millions of people around the world. In moments like this, distance is not important, nationality, religion or skin color don't matter.
We can all join in taking this small step to show we care about the future of our planet and our kids.
