Hi Friends,
This is Naga Bharadwaj working as Sr. HR-Executive with a S/W development company in Hyderabad.
I have 3.6 years of experience in HR and handling core HR as well as Recruitments.
We are into Oracle applications and having the other branches in Dubai, Sharjah. Our clients all are from Middle East only.
Through this site i want to gain the knowledge at the same time will share few interesting topics with you.

well i have just come back from the Oracle class now !
late to office :)
its a bit difficult to manage the office timing and class...today it took more long.... we had a session on login / navigation ( a bit ) / hire-rehire pages....
i would like to practice too...but no time... so i asked them if they could install that application on my PC.... to be able to practice at least from home.....
do u have any idea where can i get this from ?!
they said they cant do it.... but they might arrange some one out of the institute to get it installed !....
just went through ur Co. site...tnx for letting me know...
any tips which i need to be more keen on !?
