Please find the draft letter of termination below, i think this would be useful for you

Subject: LETTER OF TERMINATION

Dear Mr. ___,

It has come to the attention of management that you have willfully flouted company's rules & regulations and carried _____ in company's premises.

As a result of your casual attitude, your services with _______________ are being terminated with immediate effect.

You may collect your dues from finance department after necessary clearance.
