Took about 3 minutes to fill out the survey, it was insightful.
Many corporate employees are NOT knowledgeable about personal finance. Would be a great employee benefit if the company could provide personal finance advice / consulting to its employees.
Having made wise financial decisions, the employees would feel secure and less distracted. This would result in higher employee productivity.
Harish - does Artha Yantra offer personal finance solutions to corporates?
If someone on HR Link wants to know more, can you provide an email address / link to a contact form?
Also, would be nice if you could offer discounted pricing or coupons to HR Link members.

You are quite right about employees not being knowledgeable about Personal Finance. Typically companies employ CFOs for unbiased and knowledgeable guidance regarding their finances at a very huge salary. Such kind of quality advice is out of reach of the middle class. We have an engagement model where we sign up with a company to provide this service to their employees, where the employee not only gets unbiased and quality personal finance advice but also a Virtual Relationship Manager to address their queries. We can also provide an in-house desk if the company needs based on the volume.
