As part of my Family Counselling , A married HR-lady of 4 to 5 year Old experience in Marriage Approached me for to give HR-Consultation and i am presenting it with some Fictitious / Imaginative story with illustration resemblance with HR here ok..
1) Sir , at the time of Submitting his Resume for the post of my HUSBAND. he mentioned he is in HR-filed did ,MBA from A-Class Business school , this and that in his C.V. believing that written words i have invited for a One to One personal meeting like an INTERVIEW with my family of Company. In that interview with me , He has Answered all my Question with "Jargon's" in my favor , he has satisfied me with lots of HR Policy'Procedures, etc & finally-i have selected as my Husband and Given common Appointment letter.
2) B'cose its marriage i can't give Pre-Operative Training or any Trail / pilot run test right, straight way joined as Husbands post , but we have Induction training at Honey Moon period as New Joinee.
3) Initially he was very energetic , adjustable, cooperative, caring, dependable,friendly,Workholic,-Overall performance was Good. Years passing , he is fighting with me , If any proposal / suggestion from me or my Management , he start opposing / Criticizer , egoistic, adamant on work , start Late Coming to home-Office , start the habit of Alcohol- joined Trade Union / Anti-company activities for self financial gain to other Competitor company. Missing regularly from Office / saying Out station office work to wife -but start flirt with other Call Girls, (sorry sorry i mean not a girl from Call center), like people only work for a company just for Money without any ethics ok At Night ( working hours) bad cooperation with Team Mates in Office and Over all Poor Personal Performance with me. I am keeping this employee for 4/5 year with me as my Husband -in that Company okay.
Sir , you being a HR-Specilist , 1)what Organisational Development I have to Implement ? 2) what Motivation Technic i have to Implement ? 3) Performance Improvement System KPI,KRA,SIX-SIGMA,Black belt etc 4) His over all Performance Rating by any ISO -Standard etc? 5) Individual Value addition Technic ? 6) After trying all these , i have to implement my TALENT ACCQUSITION POLICY / RETENTION-Policy of Retain him as my husband or Go for Termination exist Policy of Divorcee.
