Are sickness levels an issue at workplace for HR here? Its just that I ahve not come across a case study or an issue aound managing sickness levels at workplace here. This is one of the major concerns for organisations in Europe and there is a great demand for HR consultants who can manage sickness cases in the UK.



Could anyone please let me know a case study or issues (along with relevant case laws) they have come across in their organistaion how they managed high levels of sickness?
