Recruitment & Selection Comes as part of my Human Resource Profession . In our Day today life we have two face TWO- Types One is For our OFFICIAL working Capacity NEED and the Second one is in Married Life / Family Life. In Corporate Companies Recruit new Employees for their Organization Normally by Conducting Written Test , Group Discussion, Personal Interview then comes to the Conclusion of Decision- Selected or Rejected. Same wise in Personal life of Human Beings , Take the case of Women for instance , If a Girl / lady do the same Process procedure to Find out her Life LOVER or Life Partner or may call it as a Friend in life etc.. Level-1:-Personality of the Guy and Appearance or Look etc – is the initial Criteria for her to give invitation for the Selection process of Considering for the CLASS of her Future Lover/partner/Husband etc etc.. Level-2:- How much Wealthy / how much Financially sound .it goes On. etc Level-3:- Flattering word / Compliments / Gifts / Sweet Mannerism to Impress a female and Pretended to be Caring List will goes on etc etc. Level4:- Fall in Love Stage/ fixed as HER Selection Process is Over. And there after She will say or Declare that HE is my Lover / Husband etc. In Corporate Company How Much Time they will get to Conduct An PERSONAL INTERVIEW—WITH A Candidate? Half an Hour’s time , may be Assume for a Whole Day ? Is it enough TIME to JUDGE A PERSON in Selection for a Job ?. In Any Interview for a Job , what will be the General Nature and Attitude of Candidate facing an Interview—At any cost he / she want to get that Job Only-Right . He will not show his Dislikes in that Interview time-( forget about Salary & Perks matters Bargain with the Employer okay). And if He Joins the Job Duty Normally He will not Stick-On that Job post more for than2 to 3 years (Inefficient candidate stick on). In Personal Life Selection what will happened to that Girl , Spend some years of Fun and Fantasy , sexual enjoyment ,Once they reached the stage of Loosing thrill in their relation –THEY DIFFINETLY SEPERATED EACH OTHER or Breaking / Deserted Her and in married life Divorce will be the Net Result. You can hear NEWS about Couples seeking Divorce after so many years of living Together as HUSBAND & WIFE, then what will be the case of Understanding an Employee in a Corporate Office ? Imagine !!. It can be done Only By and Human Resource Person learned Knowledge from Grass Root level of field Experience NOT BY HIS etc etc University MBA academic Knowledge is NOT SUFFICENT FOR THIS TALENT. That’s why I am a field Expert in HR. Now the Readers can Understand - How important of “Selection Process” –In Corporate Companies as well as in Personal Life.( Exceptions are not Examples in writing a General topic Okay ) Expecting suggestion & Criticisms as Feed back from reader’s.
