Hi, every one
can any one suggest me, what should be the salary structure of a company, running its business in West Bengal, which will not be objectionable to the E.P.F, E.S.I and others Govt. Statutory concerns.
My company is facing a problem from EPFO, regarding salary breakup.

As far as concern to EPF & ESI this is central government rules and in uniform across the nation.
So, you have to bifurcate accordingly to salary (Gross) of an individual employee.
For further clarification please do send some gross salary figures on my below mentioned email id :

will you inform me the EXACT contention of quiries raised by the bengal P.F--department to your company SHOULD BE intimated to me , for solution ok. If you follow the MANDATORY PF-Employer and Employee Contribution to the PF on 15th of every month on priscribed forms and catagorey , then Nothying to Worry ok
I can help you if you inform the exact problem from PF-Department to you ?
