Friends - Need your help; Thank you for taking time to read this topic;
Could you please reply to this message if your company is in IT Sector- about your plans for year 2009 Apprasails. Are you planning to give any salary hikes? If yes, what is the avg% of hike your company is planning? You can also reply at gosulaemmanuel@gmail.com; Hewitt Predicts infotech firms will give a rise of avg 5.7 per cent this year

Even i am facing the same problem in my company. Before we use to give salary raise every 6 months but this time our company is planning to change the rule. Appraisal would be done every 6 months but salary raise would be given once in a year. The minimum raise at present which is at our company is 12.5% (dont know if any changes would be done).
Read in this site Infosys is planning to give minimum salary raise.
