Abhishek,
Actually I have all US Staffing. Now im into manufacturing company joined as HR executive and i dont know what the salaries are paid here and moreover i was very much worried about the job as i was idle almost 1+yrs.

with fear of loosing job just because of high salary i didnt asked for more what they have given.

they are paying 12k gross...though the salary for hr executive as per company norms is more than 1.6lacs/yr.

Regards,
Padmaja

Hi Padmaja,

If the salary you are getting is what you had been offered before joining then I suppose there are only circumstances to blame on as you had to take the decision to join with such package.

If the financial terms as not so bad then I'd say treat this as an opportunity to learn about new industry. Spend a good learning time there keeping aside the thoughts of finances.

Most of us go thru such situations in our career and we need to be patient and have to believe in our decisions be it even taken forcefully or under pressure.

I suggest you spend sometime there with a positive state of mind and seek for better opportunity outside as well.
