1. Post : National HR and Operations Lead
Education: Master Degree or Equivalent in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Experience:
• 5-7 Years in Human Resource Management
• Experience in development Sector or public health will be an assets
• Work Experience in government, especially at the National / State level in managing training programmers.
2. Post : National capability Building Lead
Education:
Master Degree or Equivalent in Public Health, Health management, Community Social Development, Development Economics, Management and other Social Sciences .
Experience:
• 5-7 Years in Development Sector
• Clear experience in building capability and development of training modules, curriculum and materials.
• Demonstrated experience in managing capacity building projects of the scale and complexity
• Work Experience in government , especially at the National / state level in managing training programmers
3. Post : State project Head
Education:
A minimum of post Graduation in business Administration / Public Health / Hospital Management / Social Science / Material Management / Supply Chain Management from a reputed university / institute .
Experience:
• 2-3 Years experience in supply chain management in health care environment especially in context of public Health, Experience in Vaccines supply chain and cold chain will be preferred.
• Experience of working in State government or other international development organization will be asset.
