POSITION TITLE: Maintenance Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW: Managing Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Printing & finishing machines

DIRECT REPORTING TO: Asst. Production Manager, Offset

SALARY RANGE: As per company standards

LOCATION: Offset division, Avery Dennison, Bangalore

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. Responsible for Maintenance activities

2. Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns

3. Schedule for Preventive maintenance and ensure very minimal breakdowns

4. Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.

5. Knowledge of Heidelberg offset printing machines like SM74, SM52, PM52 & GTO machines.

6. Knowledge of Flexo printing machine like Gallus / Proflex.

7. Reduction of down time

8. Critical spare part list and maintain them to JIT process whenever need



Qualification: Mechanical Diploma / Engineer

Experience: 3-5 years preferably in Offset / Flexo printing industry
