Desired Candidate Profile



1. Graduate with MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or Personnel Management.

2. Min 2 yrs experience in handling payroll is must.

3. Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.

4. Must have good knowledge of auditing & accounting standards and be abreast with current trends in markets. Identify accounting & auditing issues, discuss with seniors to solve issues that arises.

5. Liaising with peers to ensure that gaps and overlaps are minimized.

6. Candidate residing in and around chennai will only be considered for this position, others excuse.

7. Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.

8. Hands on experience in MS Excel, (V-LOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE)



Job Description



1, Should be able to administer and provide timely and accurate processing and delivery of payroll systems within the organization.

2, Should be able to handle salary & compensation related issues.

3, Should be able to collate all payroll inputs to the seniors on time.

4, Experience in handling other generalist HR activities will be an added advantage.

5, Provide accurate and timely reports to the management & ensure daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports are submitted on time.

6, Should maintain & update employee files & assist HR team in the implementation of any HR tool and software and assume responsibility of administering and maintaining the same.
