Job Responsibility





1. To attain the training percentage of dealership manpower as per the systems and processes. This is done by organizing trainings for dealer manpower by updated systems, processes and products through external trainers, which leads to improvement in CSI/SSI scores.

2. Development of manpower portal having the list of all dealership persons and roles by coordinating with Bristlecone through the inputs, which is a part of MDEP results.

3. Development of role models of training processes for training in dealerships, through direct training to them and constant monitoring of the portal. This ensures that the dealer manpower is trained on the latest changes and upcoming models, thus leading to better CSI scores.
