1. Senior Professional with 3 - 10 Yrs of Experience into an Executive Search Firm/ Recruitment firm involved into Temporary/Permanent Staffing

2. Existing relationships with the Corporate Leadership-Based in Bangalore with experience in reputed search firms

3. Leading a team of recruiters

4. Incumbent should have strong communication & mentoring Skills

5. Incumbent should have excellent knowledge about Domestic Staffing Industry & different Client Hiring Models

6. Should have good networking skills & have prior extensive experience into client interaction at a top a level of management
