Job Description

Skills & Responsibilities:

Candidates With 6months - 2years of technical recruiting experience in hiring candidates for Permanent, Contract-to-Hire and Contract positions in the US.

Complete Understanding of the US recruitment process.

Ability to understand the technical skills with the responsibility of sourcing and evaluating the technically compliant profiles.

Required to work with H1B, OPT, TN Visa, EAD, Green Card and US Citizens.

Knowledge on various tax-terms like- C2C, W2, 1099.

Excellent navigational skills on Dice, Monster, Networking and sites.

Strong aptitude, passion and confidence.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,).



Title: Bench Marketing Recruiters

Job Responsibilities:

Should have Strong verbal communication skills and writing skills in English.

A commitment to the quality/value of results, open communication and privacy/confidentiality issues.

Demonstrated, strong technology aptitude (e.g., with applicant tracking system(s), the internet, and search engines etc.).

Marketing and sales of Bench consultants with Tier one vendors, Implementation partners.

Searching the requirements in Job boards like Dice, Monster, Career builder etc. according to skills of Bench candidates.

Candidates who are in US IT Staffing with minimum of 6months - 2years prove H1B/OPT/CPT Sales experience in a corporate environment.



NOTE:

0 to 2 Years of experienced applicants.

Applicants with GOOD Communication Skills are Preferred.
