Raising of bill for temporary staff

Dear All,
We have placed a temporary candidate to our clients office, for three months, and we have raised the bill as one time placement charges, again the same client has hired the same candidate for ten days without informing us, in that case can anybody suggest me, can we raise the bill to our client for this ten days, also can we raise the bills as and when ever my candidate is hired on a temporary basis by the same client.

Hi,
You need to produce agreement with your client for this. If candidate is re-hired by the client (Organization) though temp. basis it all depends on what terms and conditions you have enforced while you have done the contract with the client. if this clause is not there in your contract / agreement/terms and conditions , you can not charge to client on rehiring.
