Job description Competencies



What are the specific duties for the position? What is the required level of qualification for effective and efficient execution of the job?

To ensure Quality of raw materials

To ensure quality of in process and out going materials Essential: B.E. Chemical / Mechanical with first class degree. The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in the area of quality.He should have experience of working in shop floor

To rspond to customer complaints working with shop team Should be hands on with various quality and statistical tools

To analyse various data on the requisite interval Desired: Should have exposure in Six Sigma techniques.

Ensuring Good quality material reducing rework , rejection

To ensure high first pass yield during production

To ensure customer requirements and customer complaints are addressed within stipulated time Mental
