Hi friends....I am a management student from a University in Tamil Nadu. I am currently carrying out a project in a company on the title Competancy Mapping. I need help as to how do I go about it. I do have a questionnaire framed however i need to have a clear objective. If there are any projects that are available with anybody would be of great help as it would give a clear outline of how do i go about it and hwta methodolgy and tests can be used apart from using excel and graphs.

I know one Sr. Person who has hands on experiance on Competancy Mapping, Presently he is working in Saudi Based company.
