Production based Incentive Scheme specifically for Fabrication Unit

Dear Friends
We are planning introduce a production based incentive scheme for Engineering Fabrication Unit manufacturing of Pressure Vessels / Heat Exchangers and Process Equipments for Higly Skilled,Skilled, Semi - Skilled and unskilled workers.
If any one can provide me a sample incentice scheme with linkage of productivity to amount of Incentive prevailing in a fabrication unit, it will be a great help for me.
Kindly do the needfull.

Pl letme know the followings.
1 Are they all workmen ?
2 Are they daily wages base employees ?
3 What type of incentive you want to pay?
My suggestion is link the Production Incentive with the following factors.
1 Total Production capacity of the Plant.
2 Total Production during the month.
3 Total CRDD achieved during the month.
4 Number of Customer Complaints during the month.
5 Base of Incentive of Amount, it may be on the Monthly CTC or basic salary.
6 Total number of days worked during the month.
7 Number of rejections/re work
Before starting any incentive scheme , pl do a brainstormng with the all internal stake holders.
