Can someone pls share practical applications of either Critical path method or either Program Evaluation & Review techniques.



Anyone whos working in a manufacturing/ engineering/ construction co. can help with this.



They need to explain in detail how CPM or either PERT is applicable to their organisation & pls provide Co. name if you can.



Matter should be atleast 6 to 7 pages.
