Position Title:
Trainee/Software Engineer / Sr. Software Engineer- PeopleSoft HCM, preferably v8.9 and above
Responsibilities:
Understand the business requirement and comprehend the functional design for the requirement
Should be able to handle multitasking
Individually prepare technical design, develop and test the functionality required
Individual contributor as well as team player.
To be able to provide technical expertise in all areas of PeopleSoft.
Identify and address issues when necessary
Interact and communicate effectively with team members (offshore / On-site) to ensure the successful delivery of updates and modifications into production.
Technical assistance to other team members.
Responsible for Implementation / Enhancement / Support Development and Documentation.
Strong knowledge of SDLC with high process orientation
Skills (Present, observable competence to perform a learned activity):
- Extensive experience with SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Workflow , Application Package, File Layout and People Code
- Extensive experience in People Tools version 8.4 and above is must
- Proficient with PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) components
- Proficient in configuring and deploying both Integration Broker and Integration Gateway components.
- knowledge in SQL & PS Query
- Detailed knowledge on PeopleSoft security model and process scheduler
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Unix shell scripting
- Java Script and XML
Knowledge (Body of information applied directly to the performance of a duty):
- Should have minimum 3 years of application knowledge in PeopleSoft which includes HCMS 8.X or higher, Person model, NA Payroll, Benefits administration.
- Having experience on Time & Labor module is advantage
Abilities: quick learner ,Hard working ,Able to work in shifts
Ability to work independently, Multi Tasking
Education : Any Graduation
Work Experience: 0-5 years of Experience
