So If we think in negative way as people always think, we might get irritated ,
If wethink positively, that we are step AHEAD from those people.
So may be same reason people talk behind every successful person.

Hi Everyone,
I just want to discuss with you about people talking about you at the back. This is a common problem happening in all the offices nowadays, it has become common. I get irritated when people talk about me at the back. So do you think this is right and what's the suggestion to avoid it. Hope i will get suggestio0ns.

This is the common problem in the industry. Human nature is like that.
Very few people will ove come tis problem, thats y they became great. No need to ask the suggestions from every one to avoid this., because the solution is with each and every individual only.
Every person who is doing this know that it is wrong.But they don't have the control on them. They want to satisfy their "Ego" by doing this. So every one has to leave their "Ego" and the "Attitude" towards the things has to change.
If these two "Ego" nad "Attitude" are in right path you won't face these kind of situations.

The problem which you have pointed out here is not only at corporate level, it could be between friends, relatives, neighbors…any where...you can never keep everyone happy!
Well, there are only two reasons if you find people talking behind you::
1) It’s their nature…no matter who/what/where/when…they just like “gossiping” it’s their JOB! (need not bother)
2) If you come to know about someone talking behind you, commenting on your work & job, its either they are right, but weak enough not to tell it to you directly or they are not as successful as you & by this they try to satisfy their shortcomings…or stabilize their position...or try to grab some opportunity from you…
This is becoming a practice everywhere, unfortunately…when colleagues just try to reach to the top, on the expense of their friends/colleagues’ job, position, salary or even dignity & reputation…
In fact, some managers encourage their “special employees” to get feedback from their teams & report now and then, just to have a track of what goes on in different departments, (this is needed…) but sometimes due to lack of proper monitoring & judgment, it turns out in a negative way…some try to take disadvantage of their position.
You do your best; need not bother about people with such cheap mentality.
I believe, hard work “speaks” & would be recognized more than gossips & backbiting, if not, you are not working with the right people.
There is a proverb which says:: “You might be able to close the gateway to a city, but you can not close people’s mouth!”
We as individuals should work towards building a healthy corporate culture.

Usually people who talk behind you either dont mind their own work,
Or are more interested to tell about others,which is a Bad Habit,
Best way to avoid it is keep doing your work there will be people not,
Only in your org but outside also who will ill talk or talk behind you,
We cannot fight with each & every one they have their own judgments,
About others,its better to avoid & when some one criticize you you become,
More strong.
