hi friends,

can any boby help me in the concepts like PF,DA,Arrears,and all with their proportions.

Hi Jothi,

PF-This means Provident fund,This act came into 1952.In this PF total percentage 25.61%.Employer Contribution 12%,employee Contribution (EPS-8.33,EPF-3.67) and remaining 1.61% is the admin Charges of the EPs And EPF.
If any employee wages more than 6500(Basic+Da) only deduct 541 rs.
