At large, people think they are in some unique position of disadvantage because of which they can't have what they want.



Goal-directed people, on the other hand, overlook all obstacles and hurdles and start working immediately to achieve their goals with whatever little resources they have. They know that opportunities are made to order. If you can't find the right opportunity, you must work relentlessly to create one. You don't sit and wait for things to happen. You work hard and expect them to make them happen.
