1) Technical Architect:



1 person with around 8 years of experience(Must have worked on architect)

JD:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Demonstrated experience in Strategy, Planning or Architecture.

Demonstrated ability to influence executives, key decision-makers, and highly technical resources.

Demonstrated ability to apply business case development and project justification techniques to varying information technology related questions.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with large corporate IT operations, major IT programs, systems integration and technical architecture at Enterprise and inter-enterprise levels.

Demonstrated experience and understanding of business requirements and the process of translating them into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions and reusable components. Demonstrated general knowledge of the electric utility industry and its regulatory environment.

Must have strong oral and written communication skills, and be customer focused to understand and appropriately respond to customers' business needs.

Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for achieving results.



Skills required : Java/J2ee - Hibernate,Struts,Jsp,Servlets,Weblogic etc......



2) Trainings Coordinator : 1

JD : Person with 4 years + experience in conducting trainings and evaluation. Would be primarily responsible for coordinating and conducting all the technical as well as soft skills trainings. Should be able to evaluate the trainees and should be able to identify the training needs for various persons at various levels. Should EXCELLENT verbal & written communication. B Sc Comp Sci/B Com/M Sc/MCA. Experience in SSI / NIIT as faculty would be preferred.



3) Project Coordinator : 1

Desired Candidate should be/have:

1) M.B.A (Information Technology / Information Systems)

** Should have knowledge on SDLC

** MS-Excel & Power Point

2) Strong Communication.

3) Flexi ble (at times need to stretch hours).

4) 0-1 Year experience.



Location : Bangalore (Only Bangalore candidates)

Salary : 1.2 lpa



4) Project Managers / Project Leads:



Responsibilities include delivery of multiple projects end to end by managing a team of 12 to 15 Engineers. The candidate should have a wide range of experience in the Software Development Lifecycle. This ranges from translating high-level business requirements to more detailed Technical Specification and Design Documents and also estimates implementation activities.



The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities and must be comfortable working with customers as well as other teammates based in India and across the globe. Most engagements involve a small, dynamic team working with demanding customer and team resources spread across multiple time zones.



Experience Required:

8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE server side programming

Experience in Frameworks like Hibernate, Spring, Struts or similar tools.

4+ years of experience working as a Lead/Architect level and handled a team on small to medium J2EE project.

Should be able to perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

Expert in J2EE design patterns

Significant development experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, DAOs, Web Services, XML and XSLT

Strong Designing experience.

Experience in Ajax, JavaScript and HTML.

Experience with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle

Excellent PL SQL skills – ability to write efficient queries and Stored Procedures.

Experience working on Linux/Unix environment.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to clearly document designs and implementations

Strong sense of ownership and proven delivery record

Self-motivated, flexible, and team player

Ability to make decisions in adverse conditions

Solid organizational skills and strict attention to detail.

Evolution of processes for team and engineering division.

Project tracking, risks and mitigation planning

Ability to multi-task and function efficiently within very aggressive schedules/timelines



NIce to have skills

PMP trained/certified.

Experience in liferay, Grails would be a plus.



5) Senior Programmer : 2 (Around 4-5 years)



1 person with around 4-5 years experience. Woring on j2ee/struts/ajax/hibernate/Mysql. Experience in liferay is plus.(Must have min 2 yrs of exp into j2ee/struts/ajax/hibernate/Mysql)



6)Business Development Manager



Designation: General Manager - Business Development



Role:

1) Opening new opportunities for Application Development & Maintenance and IT Staffing

2) Creating a powerful structure & process for the team to perform optimally

3) Overall respobsibility of managing the acitivities associated with business development team

4) Ensuring that targets for business development team are achieved.



Must have:

1) 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in similar IT services company operating in the offshoring space

2) Managed a team of 3+ people for minimum 3 years

3) Experience of working with US customers

4) Excellent communication skills



Good to have:

1) Have lived in the US for a couple of years

2) MBA
