We are looking for Recruiter (Non IT Recruitment) for our Consultancy firm.



Job Profile:

Understanding the requirement from the client

Sourcing profiles using job portal, reference, headhunting and other innovative method

Screening profiles as per job description and Taking telecon interview to assess the candidate

suitability for the client's requirement

Interview coordination with the candidate and clients

Follow up till the selected candidate join with the client

Client interaction for feedback of profiles, interviews, requirements and status updates

Broad knowledge about Non IT Industry like Manufacturing, Paint, Chemical, and Different functional

area and requirement

Team handling experience and driving the team towards closures

Assigning requirements to team

Maintaining various status reports



Desired candidate profile

Qualification:Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate / Diploma

Experience: 1+ experience

Only Female candidate

Candidate residing in and around or nearby within the reach of Tambaram to Velachery

Prior experience in recruitment from consultancy is essential

Good communication skills, Good interpersonal skills, Pro active, Self motivated, Result oriented,

Self confidence, Positive attitude,Fast responsive, Target oriented, Passion in recruitment field

and Long term growth.
