Position : Networkin Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad



Job Profile :

Support Engineer responsible for providing technical assistance to Radiance global

customer base. This involves handling and resolving complex technical queries and

issues related to product functionality or architecture through Email/phone/C3



Education :

BE/BTech/BS (Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology),

MCA, MSC (Information Technology or Computer Science/Engineering),



Essential Skills Required :



 Strong experience in Linux/Unix/Solaris/AIX.

 Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, FTP, TFTP).

 IP addressing and sub netting, routing concepts

 Knowledge of Network Design, NAT, Network Fundamental, DHCP/DNS,

 Qmail is required.

 Experience with Oracle/Tomcat preferable.

 Knowledge of VMWare ESX Server 3.5, Backup/Restore Management, Antivirus.

 Knowledge of Active Directory concepts.

 Good Communication skills (written and verbal)



Responsibilities :



 Network handling and Desktop support (like Microsoft Outlook).

 Handling LAN/WAN Troubleshooting.

 Hands-on-experience of Proxy Server (Squid), SAMBA Server, NFS.

 Handling of live system, Preparing and analyzing usage reports and
