• Candidate should be a MBA in HR with 3 – 5 years of Line HR/HR Business Partner experience
• Should have experience in handling atleast 300 employees
• R&R of this position : (no team management)
• Understand business goals, long term strategic plans and day- to-day Operational issues
• To drive core HR programs such as PMP, VOE, COBC and compensation planning.
• To be custodians of policy & to drive Employee Relations
• Handle employee counseling & grievances
• Working actively on Capability building model, Retention plans and other employee centric initiatives
• To identify the needs of the employees & work towards making the environment conducive to work & Organisationl Values are communicated
•Good in written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
