Hi All,

I am planning to give a seminar in one of the B-Schools in the next week on self assessment, especially pertained to MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator).

I am looking for a very good material which is more practical, can any one help me out please??

Hi Pradeep,

I hope I will be the right person to help u in sorting out this query,as I have hands on experience in conducting similar kind of test in GMR Delhi International Airport Limited as a inhouse consultant.The test are known as Psychometric test based on the competency.this test is came up with module from MBTI....
