Hi! Frnds

I would like to know the trend of recruiting "Fresher" in the IT industries.

Means when you are recruiting fresher in the IT industry what are terms & conditions which can be imposed as per the market conditions.

I would really appreciate if anyone can guide me in this regards.

1) find out the base market CTC for Freshers

2) If you give them training, you can ask them for a contract of 2-3 years

Thanks. I actually want to know is it feasible to get an agreement of 2 -3 years signed from a fresher.

is it indeed?! what if a website is V similar or should we say identical to A N Others, perhaps i should have a chat with Mike... know anyone there do you by chance?
