Need details reg Quality Objectives

Meaning of Quality Objective:
Every company should frame a Quality Objective and it should be easy,simple and understandable to all the employees in the organization.It used be visible and hence it should be posted in all the departments and bays in the company and if management persist it can posted in ur employee tag too. The soft copy of it can be posted @ internal server of the company where all the employees can able to see the documents.
Methods of arrival:
The quality of the company can improve only by following process insisted by the company or the client.The exact method of arriving is that we can set metrics and improve the quality and efficiency of the person and department irrespective of the caders or designations.
For arriving @ the metrics you have set the process for all the departments which would largely called as QMS(Quality Management System).This should be posted @ your internal server where all the people are given access based on there departments they are into.These access rights can be given CRMG(Computer Management Resource Group or Network Administrator).
So coming to the conclusion metrics is the one of the possible way to improve quality of deliverable's.
