First of all , i express my deep sorrow & Condolence to sad demise of the HR -Professional's death.

According to me , this purely INDUSTRIAL RELATION matter and its the Worst weakness , bad inefficiency of the TOP -HR -MANAGEMENT only and If they are sound in IR Knowledge and Selection and recruitment , they can avoid these workers from the ENTRY -LEVEL itself. this is analysis for the past.

In future my opinion is that Dismissed all the culprit , No-Compromise , then that plant has some better working environment of industrial relations.

Those people work for their salary only make a company and its environment like this and spoil the company.
