OPERATION MANAGER- HOTEL
This position will direct the daily operations of the hotel. Responsibilities include delivery of performance of a high standard with measurable results through short and long-term planning and day-to-day operations; management of expenses within approved budget constraints; direction of front office, housekeeping, and engineering function
A Bachelor Degree or equivalent management experience
* Well-rounded operations background with 5 - 7 years experience in an operational leadership role
* Experience with P & L's
* Strong Employee relations/human resources
* A strong customer service background
* Excellent communication skills
* A team leader
Age above 35 with 4 star and 5 star hotel experience will be preferred
