Position: Asst. Manager – HR

Experience: 4-8 yrs exp. in Construction/ Manufacturing Industry



Education: MBA - HR (Full time from recognized University)



JD:

· Manage the IR and HR functions

· Employee relations, HR initiatives

· Recruitment, training, Induction,

· Liaisoning with local govt agencies, legal compliances.

· Policy making,

· The role will be responsible for developing a robust contract labour management system and ensure 100% legal compliance



Experience & Competences

Ø Good Corporate HR experience in the field of manufacturing / Construction
