In a indian companies functioning system , an employees salary will be calculated on what basis ? . What will be the Day today work SCORECARD of TOP MANAGEMENT / Board of Directors to the Lowest Class four employee or someone from daily wage's ? What kind of work they will do for a day ? and what will be thier comparatively salary pay package ?.
In another sitution , Most of the Dy / Asst post's has more work load than the Manager or Head in that respective department.
What will be the Actual wage for TODAY'S LIVING STANDARD ?
ILO has given 3 three types of wage / Salary system.
1) Minimum wage's .
2) Living wage's .
3) Fair Wage's.
But i WON'T accept the "RECENT PLANNING COMMISSION'S" report that , per day people spending up to Rs..... are not poor ? I was surprised to hear that too ?, what will be the cost of a half litre milk cost now ? a cup of Tea ? 1 Liter Bottle water ? if people don't spend money from thier hard earned effort on a straight forward way , will know how much difficult and costly to lead a life !!!
In my point of you is that ,
If an Employee is getting his / her Salary per month , should be considered how much money he / she Can Save -( after all monthly expenses average level only ) will be the actual salary. So he should be given or Demand salary according that Situation . what is a Fair wage in 2012 in Indian Working community ? if you anyone has an idea please post it here as reply.
