We have 3 types of leaves followed in our organization.
Sick Leave
Casual Leave
Privilege Leave
Now we are revising the leave policy as we heard that acc to labor laws 12 Privilege leaves has be given in a year and rest 12 for other types of leave.
Now I wanted to know whether we can add Sick leave - 6 and Casual leave - 6 and Privilege leave - 12 or should have to mentioned other type of leave(instead of casual and sick leave) - 12???
Total 24 paid leaves per year should be given to all permanent employees right???
Please give me ur valuable suggestions and correct me if I am wrong....

In our company we do not have any concept called sick leave or casual leave. We have only earned leaves which are 30 per year. These leaves are accumulated @ 2.5 per month. which means if you work for 30/31 days in a month then you earn 2.5 leaves and the same keep accumulating upto 30 per year. other than this we have 11 holiday (the national and regional holidays)
