Hi everyone,



We all know that its almost a year now after the globe got trembled by economy slowdown?



Each and every industry was adversly effected by the same problem. And in every industries manpower also faced tragic problems as maximum number of employee got pink slip (as a policy of right sizing to sustain in the crisis) and many companies freezed their recruitment process.



In early 2009 experts and professional said that market will recover and things will get stable by the end of 2009.



But still the picture is not clear about the labour market. Does the companies are stable enough to start their recruitment process as frequent as it was earlier??



The reason behind placing this post over here is there are many HR professionals (Sr level people / Recruiters / Consultants etc) who have better understanding about the market and different industries.



So I kindly request all of the members who has some idea towards the labour market and industries requirement in coming months (locally or globally) to contribute their views.
