Hi,



I am going to narrate a real incident in my life. I am a lecturer by profession. Few days ago, Our college distributed medals to students who came first in the previous semester. My student who came first received the medal.After the prize distribution,she came to meet me on the verandah. We were speaking about her future. Suddenly she told "Sir,I have got first rank,so please bless me sir" and touched my feet.



I was overwhelmed by her gesture. I didnt expect.I was blank for a couple of minutes.Then I wished her a great future ahead. She left.I was left in staff room thinking about the incident.



My profession was not high-paid. But I enjoyed teaching. The girl instantly gave me a sense of job satisfaction. I had studied many theories related to job satisifaction in MBA.I didnt experience job satisfaction untill that moment when she touched my feet. I experienced job satisfaction.



I felt truly honoured which no money could ever give me. This is job satisfaction for me.This is enough for me.
