These tests are designed on the basis of job and organizations requirements. We must have under went many interviews but have we ever thought where this word interview originate from?? This means interview is just viewing the person internally and from his within. It is lloking and knowing a person what he is internally, other than his knowledge and other skills.

Interview is also checking the verbal communication ability and body language of an individual. Many times people have good technical knowledge but lack communication skills and hence they are not that confident about themselves and are nervous about everything they do. So, the interviewer looks for such a person who has good communication skills and is confident about himself and has a learning attitude but less technical knowledge because a person having learning attitude can gain experience and learn with time.

Do’s and Dont’s of the interview

Do’s

• Dress yourself in sober manner and in one which suits you and your personality.

• Be humble, polite and speak with confidence.

• Have complete information about the organization where you are going for the interview

• Rather than saying “i dont know how to do this work” better say “ I will learn this and then do it.”

• Make eye contact and speak clearly.



Dont’s

• Dont speak baseless things. Speak when you really have something to say.

• Dont discuss your personal life. Keep your personal life to the point.

• Dont bluff.
