When you are looking for a job, what would you prefer? A salary which goes with the market ranges / a comparative salary to your current salary
Are you with the interviewing panels who ask you current salary and suggest you the same or a small salary raise? (Simply matching salaries ) or
Are you with the panels who offer you a salary which is not even up to the previous person in the position salary while you are more qualified and more experienced because when they 'match salaries' your company pays less than they have paid to the previous, but thinking 'why we should pay more'? (offering lessor salary than the previous position holder who is not in your caliber but in a higher salary level than you)
What do you do if this happens to you at an interview?
