Three categories of Bad Boss
1. Doesn’t know he’s bad.
2. Knows he’s bad and wants to improve.
3. Doesn’t want to know he’s bad or doesn’t care.

Most managers who make their employees unhappy are simply unaware of this fact—nobody has ever told them that what they do isn’t working. Some managers know that what they’re doing is wrong and are trying to improve—these people need our support and good advice in order to do better.

There’s also the third category of boss: Those who steadfastly refuse to acknowledge that they’re bad leaders, or who revel in the fact that they make people unhappy at work. These managers are usually beyond helping and may never learn and improve. Get away from them as fast as you can.

Hi Sushil,

Yes the catogories are right and as u said 3rd on do not have any chance to change is not right because no body is like that when they born they way they are may be parental influance or ociety they rome with are teachers they studied by or friend circle or many more reason can be to give them this kind of bad influence...

So a real loyal employee have to find the way to convence the boss and make them understand what is right and what is wrong by showing Same practicle examples but note they can do only when there ways are proved to be right and they have very much patience and determination towards this goal initially they have to be nevious because it is not so easy to get positive responce at first attempt. but if they trying in the way there bosses like i hope is possible.


I have tried with one of my very shart tempered boss who who very much serious even his secretary also after working since 10 years use to scard of him to enter his room such kind of person i tought him to be always smiling face. now when ever he sees any staff he welcome them with a beatiful smile.


Hope is the only thing world is stood on.
