I feel proud to be a HR !

Q :- Someone asked me why you feel proud to be a HR ?

A :- I Smiled and replied... A Lawyers income increases with increase in crime . A Doctors income increases with increase in diseases . But as a HR my income increases with increase in prosperity of people & Nation ! And that's why I feel proud to be a HR !

I am currently working in Singapore as a Senior System administrator,I have been working in this field for the past 10 years.
My brother is working as a HR consultant in india and having good contacts with many TOP MNC HR resources.
I am interested to start a own IT Placement consultancy in india and he will help me indirectly to get in touch with other HR Resources.
can i start it? if i can,how many human resources & how much budget needed to start in the beginning?,please advice me on the queries
