My Acquaintance's company is looking for a HR/IR person for their construction site in Khalapur(Panvel).



The person concerned should be having minimum experience of 5years in handling Contract Labour, wages and other Labour related issues.



The person should posses good negotiation skills and should be able to over look daily admin issues and related expenses.



The person should be able to generate and create HR/IR related weekly reports.



Should be able to inculcate discipline and responsible work culture.



Should be able to advise senior management on Legal and Labour related issues and also advise on safety related issues at site



The person should posses at least a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience



Salary best in the industry
