This is an after effect of our new FDI investment companies impact on Indian market. Most of the Companies having a concept of they don't want a FULL TIME HR DEPARTMENT with them , they have a concept of Outsourcing HR functions with other consultancy companies This is new Trent without knowing its future impact. anyway foreign studied MBA will talk like.



As per this effect no companies won't have a full time HR-Department okay. Only exception for this concept is ,IF any company having a UNION -Industrial Relation -dispute exist , they can't OUTSOURCE.



So most of HR professionals career / survival / existence is depends upon UNION PEOPLE'S HAND NOW.



Company Management fears ONLY on UNION PEOPLE and their Threat . Threat you can't divert to Third party Consulting agency right.
